AbhiHub respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, publishers, and educators. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and Academic Copyright Policy outlines our standards for uploaded materials and the procedures for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing content.
1. Uploader Ownership & Content Declarations
AbhiHub is a community-driven academic repository for university students. By uploading any study material, notes, past examination papers, or lab practical manuals to AbhiHub, uploaders affirm and agree that:
- The document consists of their own original handwritten notes, study guides, or openly distributed university course documents.
- They do not upload full copyrighted textbooks, commercial solution manuals, proprietary publisher question banks, or subscription-gated third-party materials.
- They grant AbhiHub a non-exclusive license to index, render preview excerpts, and display the study material for educational purposes to students.
2. Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded or made available on AbhiHub without authorization, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright contact.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL (e.g.,
https://www.abhihub.edu.eu.org/resource/...) of the infringing material on AbhiHub. - Your contact information (full name, mailing address, telephone number, and official/monitored email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
AbhiHub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for persistent copyright violations. Users who repeatedly upload infringing or copyrighted materials will have their upload privileges revoked and their accounts terminated.
